Customer's Fault Description
All buttons nor working, worked for yeas OK, used it quite a lot this year but suddenly buttons became harder to use, would only work close to the machine, within a week the remote stopped working
This Matsui remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not be transmitting on any button press.
On opening the controller a full component test was carried out and the Infra Red LED was reading as open circuit.
This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
