Customer's Fault Description
The remote will drive the gas valve down to reduce heat or off as normal but will not drive up to open whatever the position of the valve.

 

This Faber remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not be transmitting on one of the channels

This is a common problem and was remedied by replacing the 40k crystal in the receiver.
