Customer's Fault Description
All button make the red light work but has no effect on the light unit. The unit has manual control on pull cords all work.
This remote arrived safely and on first inspection there was a small amount of contamination in the battery compartment this wasnt enough to cause a problem but was removed to prevent further problems.
A power source was added and full testing carried out, the remote was found to be sending out a full infra red signal on all button presses.
A component and pcb check was carried out to see if there was an intermittent problem but no issue could be found therefore this job has been marked as "no fault found
