Customer's Fault Description
Wiring not connected to the circuit board
This Handset arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be non functioning. On opening the device there was 2 large solder joint on the battery terminals, there were poorley soldered and not making a proper connection, it was also noticed that the terminals were the wrong way round (i.e. the positive was soldered to the negative and vice versa)
A new battery clip was fitted and soldered correctly, full functionality was restored.
