Customer's Fault Description
main remote appears to be working but there is no response from control module.
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Ireland.
On adding a power source the remote and receiver initially responded however after a few seconds the receiver stopped receiving the signals on both channels. At first this was thought to be a crystal fault until the controller itself was tested with a ultrasonic tester and found to be faulty. The transducer in the handset was found to be intermittent, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
