No response from any button even with fresh batteries

 

This remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be functioning.  The device was opened to check for dry joints,cracks or other suspect components but no problem could be found.  A few stress tests were carried out but again no fault could be located, therefore there is no repair charge as this is classed as a No Fault Found.
