Hello
I think my "teac rc 613 remote control unit" is having the same issue than the one you guys showcasing on your website. Led is flashing properly but no IR signal is being sent.
This Teac handset arrived safely from the United States of America. On adding a power source the remote illuminated on each button press but the infra red signal was sporadic.
On opening the controller it was found that the solder joints around the IR LED were poor, the LED was loose within its joints. A new replacement LED was fitted and all joints resoldered and full functionality was restored.
