all four buttons,standby and low flame
This fireplace remote arrived safely and the battery clip was held on with tape. On adding a power source there was no response from any button press. This is a common problem that is caused by faulty buttons. This was remedied by replacing all 4 buttons which was done and full functionality was restored.
