Customer's Fault Description
Was working intermittently, although now it seems to be fully broken.
Something rattles when its shaken so may have been dropped. Done some research and seems a common problem with this remote.
This Bose control arrived safely and on initial inspection was found to be reatling and not transmitting as per the customers fault description.
This was found to be due to a broken leg of the aerial coil, this was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
