Remote not connecting
This bose remote arrived safely and was found to have batteries inserted. On testing the controller it was found to be transmitting on every button press.
The handset was opened and a visual check , component check and continuity check was carried out but unfortunately no issue could be found nor could a fault be seen.
Therefore this has been classed as no fault found, there is no charge other than the return postage fee.
