Customer's Fault Description
Unit will turn up the fire (LED light on transmitter and receiver shows) but will not turned turn down (no LED on receiver indicated but remote LED shows)
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on adding a power source the controller was found to be only transmitting on one channel.
This was found to be a faulty 40k crystal, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
