Customer's Fault Description
The black wire on the battery connector has been detached, although the remote was hit and miss before this so may have loose wire inside too
This fireplace remote arrived safely. On inspection the battery clip was faulty (the negative lead had become detached), a new clip was fitted and the remote was then sluggish, this was due to faulty buttons, all 4 were replaced and full functionality was restored.
