Customer's Fault Description
Small battery leak, after which receiver stopped working.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and well packaged. On inspection the receiver was confirmed to have corroded battery terminals.
On adding a power source to the remote and receiver the remote functioned as normal but the receiver had no response. A replacement battery block was fitted and full functionality was restored.
