Customer's Fault Description
No response at all from remote - new batteries tried - nothing happens
This DVD projector controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any button press.
On opening a continuity test was carried out and the IR LED was found to have a micro crack on one of the legs.
The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
