Customer's Fault Description
NO RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THE BUTTONS. POWER HAS BEEN CHECKED FROM THE BATTERY AND IS ARRIVING AT THE CIRCUIT BOARD.

 

This Kinder handset arrived safely and on first inspection the battery cover was held on with tape.  On adding a power source no signal was being emitted nor was the light being illuminated.

All 4 buttons were replaced due to being open circuit and this caused the remote to have an infra red signal present but the yellow led was still not illuminating, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
