Top Left and Bottom Left Buttons Not Working

 

This Paragon handset arrived safely an on first inspection the battery cover was missing.  On adding a power source it was confirmed that the top left button would not respond.

This is a common issue that is rectified by replacing the button.  All 4 buttons were changed and full functionality was restored.
