Customer's Fault Description
No buttons on the remote work. The light on the remote does not work. Has been opened once but that person could not repair it. I have tried new batteries.
The remote is the only means of adjusting the treble and bass levels on the amp.
This Fatman Audio controller arrived safely. On adding a power source no IR output was being triggered on any button press.
A few joints were resoldered that looked possible susspect, when the remote was re assembled there was a issue whereby a couple of the buttons were depressed by the housing, this was rectified when the casing screws were loosened off.
Because of this 3 spacer screws were added and then when reassembled full functionality was restored.
