Customer's Fault Description
Battery container lacking a spring and new batteries do not register or start up the controller. Looks like the spring has been broken off during change of batteries.

 

This remote arrived safely and on inspection it was confirmed that one of the battery terminals was missing meaning that no power could be given to the control.

This missing terminal was replaced and full functionality was restored.
