Customer's Fault Description
Small metal plate that connects lower connection to + side of battery broke off and is missing. Hence remote wont work
This Canton controller arrived safely and on inspection it was confirmed that the battery terminal was missing as per the customers fault description.
A replacement terminal was soldered and also the button array was cleared of contaminants that were found. Full functionality was restored.
