Customer's Fault Description
Remote unit does not ignite pilot flame on the Fire, nor does it vary the flame height, if fire is ignited manually. Fire itself is working Fine.
This remote arrived safely and on initial inspection there was a warping in the casing due to a melting insicident.
On adding a power source the display lit up and an RF signal was being transmitted, the control was opened to see if there was any cause for an intermittent fault but no issue could be found.
Therefore a repair is not required as no fault could be replicated.
