Customer's Fault Description
Intermittently the remote stops working, when you shake it there seems to be something loose inside.
This Bose Controller arrived safely and when a power source was fitted the handset worked intermittently.
On opening the control the issue was confirmed to be the RF coil being broken from the PCB. This was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
