Customer's Fault Description
Left uppermost button (marked with solid circle) does not work at all. All other buttons correctly light the yellow light at the top when pressed. Faulty button is used in conjunction with button marked 'STANDBY' to ignite fire or in isolation to bring fire out of 'standby' mode
This fireplace handset arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty button (top left).
This is a common fault whereby the buttons become inoperable over time, all 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
