Customers Fault Description : ENGINEER SAYS REMOTE NOT WORKING
This remote arrived safely and on testing the cable there were 3 wires found to be open circuit, also when the control was opened it was noticed that there were dry cracked joins on all of the switch points. The dry joints were resoldered and the cable replaced.
