Customer's Fault Description
Remote suddenly stopped controlling receiver box. Replaced all batteries but still doesn't work. Receiver light flashes once briefly on insertion of batteries.

 

This remote and receiver was handed over by the customer and on testing was found to not be transmitting from the controller on any button press, this was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer in the handset.  This was replaced and full functionality was restored
