Customer's Fault Description
I previously sent them to you in Feb last year as they were both not working on the top right hand "up" arrow therefore the top of the Bed would not rise. I was very pleased with the job you did. However they have both stopped working again within days of each other.
These bed controllers arrived safely and on testing on was found to be faulty on the head / feet buttons, the other when tested was faulty on the majority of buttons.
When the first was opened there was some contamination found around the button array on the right hand side of the board, this was cleaned up with alcohol and full functionality was restored (there is no charge for this repair)
The 2nd remote was found to have a poor solder joint on the connecting ribbon cable between the button array PCB and the Main PCB board. This was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
