Customer's Fault Description
Remote was dropped and does not function anymore. I tried replacing battery but it still did not work.

 

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found that no rf signal was being emmited.  A component test found that one of the potentiometers was intermittent.  This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
