Customer's Fault Description
The remote stopped working. On inspection I could see that one of the contacts for the battery had broken off.
This Adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on initial inspection the control rattled when shaken, also one of the terminals was broken off.
On opening the control 2 screws were found inside the remote.
A PP9 battery clip was fitted which required a case modification internally, once fitted and tested full functionality was restored.
