Customer's Fault Description
No contact or signal detected by the gas valve. Gas valve receiver has been checked by professional and seems OK. Professional told me he has 3 absolutely similar cases in this last year.
This fireplace control arrived safely from Belgium and on adding a power source was found not to be transmitting an rf signal.
On opening the controller there was a strange track corrosion issue whereby a single track that connects the main board to the sub RF panel was totally corroded. The print was bridged and full functionality was restored.
