Customer's Fault Description
Won't switch on. New battery inserted. The switch is on the side to turn it on.

 

This caravan mover control arrived safely with a battery inserted.  On testing there was no function at all.

When opened a voltage test was carried out and it was found that the was no 9 volts getting to the main board, this was due to a faulty battery cable. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
