Customer's Fault Description
2 sets of handsets and receivers. receivers working but hand sets faulty
These remotes and receivers arrived safely. On testing the remotes both were found to be illuminating on each button press but not sending the corresponding ultrasonic signals.
On the first control the problem was found to be the transducer itself, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
The second control however was more problematic, a full component check / replacement was carried out but still the signal was not produced. This remote sadly has been classed as beyond repair.
Both receivers were functioning as normal.
