Customer's Fault Description
Some buttons not functioning large green one top right hand side, stand by button for AV
This Sony Control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a few faulty buttons including the Standby button.
On opening the control it was found that some buttons had worn keypads on the rubber pads. These were reworked with conductive paint and full functionality was restored.
