Customer's Fault Description
Will not connect to control unit, led display only when batteries installed, no sounds, case forced open.
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing was found to be acting erratically, it would not respond correctly to he power on and also no indicator buzzer or signal was found.
The problem was found to be a break in the print at the top of the pcb caused by moisture damage. The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
