Customer's Fault Description
The remote no longer turns on the gas fire. receiver doesn't seem to be
receiving signal to start up fire. The fire can be switched on manually
therefore we believe problems with remote & receiver not synced.
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely, on testing the controller it was found to be illuminating on the correct button presses but not transmitting a signal, this was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer. This was replaced and the signal was then present.
The receiver was tested with the working controller and was found to be working.
