Customer's Fault Description
Looking at the remote the Left buttons with symbol of a torso with up and down arrows does not function when pressed whereas the others work
Thius tempur controller arrived safely and on inspection it was noticed that the cable clamp was not situated in the casing any more.
On testing it was found that the buttons were reading a high resistance when pressed, this was due to dirty contacts on the switches themselves. A switch cleaner was applied and the resistance then fell to expected normal readings. The cable was also refitted into the housing.
