Customer's Fault Description
I inserted a new PP3 battery BUT only the low flame button (bottom right) causes the yellow light to flash. All 3 remaining buttons do not cause the yellow light to flash.
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not be responding to certain button presses. This is a common issue and was remedied by replacing all four of the buttons.
