Customers Fault Description : Lower green button and grey button not working. Sometimes no button works.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have poor button response. On inspection it was noted that the button contacts on the pcb were coated in tarnish, this was causing poor contact. The contacts were cleaned and full functionality was restored.
