Customers Fault Description : FAILED TO OPEN GARAGE DOOR AFTER FALLING APPROXIMATELY 3 FEET ONTO A MAT COVERED HARD SURFACEI
This merlin garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not be responding on any button press.
This was found to be due to a high resistance reading on the buttons, both were replaced and full functionality was restored.
