Remote works intermittently

 

This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on testing was found to intermittently transmitting on a few of the buttons.  Also the red led indicator was not illuminating on any button press.

The problem with the buttons was found to be due to worn contacts on the button array, the buttons were reworked and each buttons functionality was restored.

Please note that the red led problem is a common issue caused by one of the processors, this processor is not available as a spare therefore this issue cannot be resolved.  This does not effect the working functionality other that not illuminating the red indicator.
