Customer's Fault Description
COMPLETELY DEAD. RED LED DOES NOT LIGHT UP WHEN PRESSING ANY BUTTON WITH FULLY CHARGED BATTERY AND FITTED WITH CORRECT POLARITY.UNIT HAS RED MICRO SWITCH AND DOES NOT WORK USING EITHER OF THE TWO POSITIONS.HAVE TWO SIMILAR BEDS AND REMOTE WHICH IS WORKING OPERATES BOTH BEDS.REMOTE THEREFORE AT FAULT
This bed controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed not to be transmitting at all and no indicator light was illuminating.
The problem was found to be a faulty indicator LED, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
