Customers Fault Description : Works sometimes and then does not work. Possibly loose wire?
This Samsung Television remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent in operation. On opening there was a small amount of contamination on the PCB (see image). This contamination was cleared by giving the entire board a alcohol bath, when retested full functionality was restored.
