Button 3 doesn't work. Same remote as in your example Ref 1149-1377

 

This brake tester controller arrived safely and on testing the button was confirmed to be problematic.

This was due to a break in the print (from water corrosion as all buttons are cracked in the facia).  The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.  A protective sheeting was fitted also to give a little waterproofness to the button array.
