Customers Fault Description : The wiring to the hand control has broken, the green wire has snapped, the others seem in tact. But the entry to the hand set is so small a qualified electrician has been unable to repair.
THis massage bed control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken cable. The cable was spliced and refitted and a continuity test was carried out which was completed successfully.
