VEBA Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : VEBA
Customers Fault Description : Remote not working at all even with new batteries.
This freeview remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening there was some signs of battery leakage on the main board which had eaten through part of the copper track (see image). The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
