Customer's Fault Description
Remote was dropped and cracked the casing which was glued to repair but one of the battery connections detached and broke off the circuit board rendering the remote unusable due to not being able to Now power the remote.
Remote buttons were all functioning before this happened.
This Digital Compact cassette controller arrived safely and on inspection was split open and damaged around the battery compartment. The terminals were also faulty.
Replacement terminals were fitted and a case mod carried out to strengthen the terminal block, full functionality was restored.
