Customers Fault Description : will not work replaced batteries but still will not work
This canton remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be rattling.
On opening the problem was clear, the ceramic resonator had detached from the board and was floating around inside.
The print was reworked and a replacement resonator fitted and full functionality was restored.
