Customer's Fault Description
No longer sends a signal to the stove unless you blow into the directional end of the remote and then it doesn't always work . Have to point it directly to the receiver on the stove and sometimes it works and sometimes doesnt
This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any button press, this is a common issue and was found to be a faulty Ultrasonic transducer. This was replaced and full functionality was restored. Please note that only the larger sized transducer were available which has meant a case modification has been made to accommodate the part (see image), then the case had to be glued together.
