Konig K/n Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No buttons working

 

This soundbar controller arrived safely and on testing was found to not be functioning on certain buttons.  A full continuity test was carried out on the main PCB but no issue could be found, the main IC is at faulty which is not available as a spare. 

We have however located replacement PCB's from a company in Germany.  A replacement has been placed on order and has an expect delivery date at towards the end of July.

Once it arrives it will e fitted and tested.

Update - The replacement arrived on the 12th July, interestingly even though a replacement PCB was ordered, i have received and entirely complete brand new remote control.
