Customers Fault Description : Button doesn't work
These 2 garage door controllers arrived safely and on testing both were found to not be responding to the button presses.
This was found to be the same fault on both controls whereby the switch themselves were open circuit. Replacement buttons were fitted and full functionality was restored.
