BUTTONS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL, MAYBE NO POWER TO THE BUTTONS?

 

This learning remote arrived safely and on adding  power source was found to be transmitting on every button press (see video).

Unfortunately we were unable to replicate and fault and therefore this device is classed as no fault found.
