Customer's Fault Description
Long beep goes on and on then Power light flashing. Repair been done by my husband as below.
The raised small circuit board had no solder link, just the remains of a dry joint. So my husband has linked it back to nearest clean solder point he could find. The screws under the grey panel were not seen so were broken when the other screw
was got out. Guess that could be sorted somehow by us or you!
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on inspection it was confirmed that the customer had opened and attempted repair of the device.
Unfortunately the damage to the sub board contacts was extensive. All of the contacts to the main board were broken, a mod had to be carried out and once done full functionality was restored.
